Given the shifting geopolitical environment, I.C.E. will waive the conference registration cancellation fee for those who reside outside the United States to make it easier to engage in the Exchange and provide travel flexibility. These accommodations are being offered in recognition of the unique travel barriers and visa-related delays that international attendees may face.

I.C.E. reviews all cancellation request and makes determinations on a case-by-case basis with refunds processed after the meeting.
