If you already have an I.C.E. account, we recommend you login to begin registration in order to view and confirm the rates currently available to you based on your account status with I.C.E.

Note, if you haven't logged in since we launched our new website, you will log in using the primary email associated with your I.C.E. profile, and you will need to reset your password here.

If you do not have an I.C.E. account you can create one now or during the registration checkout process. However, if you are an individual that belongs to a member organization, please reach out to I.C.E. staff at to make sure you are first related to your member organization to receive member pricing. You must have an I.C.E. account in order to register for the I.C.E. Exchange, regardless of membership status.

If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you will need to log into their account to register or create a profile on their behalf. While group registration is no longer an option, a group discount is still available for those who are sending four or more staff to the conference. Please complete each registration independently, but be sure the company name is identical so we can identify those who are a part of a group.

If you are an exhibitor, you will need to login to your I.C.E. account or create an account to register, and apply the discount code you were provided during checkout. All discount codes are provided by the I.C.E. Exhibits Management Team. If you have not received your codes, please contact
