Getting Around
The Arizona Grand Resort is a campus comprised of several buildings that include sleeping rooms, meeting space, and other amenities.

We strongly encourage all attendees to familiarize themselves with the campus map to understand where certain facilities are located. I.C.E. conference events will be hosted in the Conference Center, Sonoran Sky Ballroom, and Canyon Ballroom.
- All educational sessions and the exhibit hall will be located in the Conference Center and Sonoran Sky Ballroom. All general sessions will be located in the Canyon Ballroom, which is a short walk across from the Conference Center and Sonoran Sky Ballroom.
- Sleeping rooms are dispersed throughout the property across the Sedona, Camelback, Mountainside, and Villa areas.
- Dining options located in the lobby building (Lobby Grill, Lobby Bar, and Market Place Cafe), and across the property to include Rustler’s Rooste, and Aunt Chilada’s. In-room dining is also available.
Tip: We recommend you wear comfortable shoes! Be mindful of walking distances between buildings when scheduling your day.
Navigating between Sessions
The general session is located in the Canyon Ballroom, off of South Arizona Grand Parkway. The Innovation Hall is located in the Arizona Grand Ballroom in the Conference Center. Education sessions are located in the Sonoran Sky Ballroom and Conference Center, which includes the Sierra Ballroom and Palm rooms.
- There are no steps to enter the Canyon Ballroom, Sonoran Sky Ballroom, or Sierra Ballroom. To enter the Conference Center from South Arizona Grand Parkway, there is a small number of stairs or ramps on either side of the building.
- Access to the 3rd floor Palm rooms is available by elevator (located in front of the Arizona Grand Ballroom in the Conference Center) or stairs located outside to the left (Palm Court) or right (Plaza) of the Conference Center entrance.
If you have mobility questions while attending the I.C.E. Exchange, make a note on your registration form or contact info@credentialingexcellence.org so the I.C.E. team can work with you directly to make your stay more comfortable.
Housing
The Arizona Grand Resort has a sprawling campus, and some buildings can be about a 10-15 minute walk from the meeting space.
If you require accommodations for your room, or need housing close to the meeting space, call the hotel directly at (877) 800-4888 and reference the I.C.E. hotel block to confirm the details of your stay.

Driving Instructions
If you are planning on driving to the I.C.E. Exchange, information regarding car rentals and parking can be found on the Arizona Grand Resort website. If you are staying on property, all parking expenses are covered in the resort fee.

Dietary Restrictions
It is important to I.C.E. that you enjoy this event. If you have any dietary requirements, please indicate your needs on the registration form and a member of the I.C.E. team will follow up with you.
- Our menus take into consideration all food allergies and will have a variety of selections available.
- All food will be labeled, and knowledgeable catering staff will be on hand to answer questions.
- If you have questions about food on-site, talk with members of the catering staff. They can provide you with the best information about the food options and how they meet your dietary restrictions.
