Getting Around
The Rhode Island Convention Center is located in downtown Providence, RI.
We strongly encourage all attendees to familiarize themselves with the convention center floorplan to understand where certain facilities are located. I.C.E. conference events will be hosted on the Exhibit Level and Ballroom/Meeting Level of the building.
Tip: We recommend you wear comfortable shoes! Be mindful of walking distances between sessions and hotels when scheduling your day.
Navigating between Sessions
The general session is located in Ballroom ABC on the Ballroom/Meeting Level. The Innovation Hall is located in Exhibit Hall A on the Exhibit Level, which is one floor below the Ballroom/Meeting Level. Education sessions are also located on the Ballroom/Meeting Level surrounding the general session room.
- There are no steps to enter any of the meeting rooms.
- Access to the Exhibit Level and Meeting Level is available by elevator, escalator, or stairs located in the center prefunction space.

The Omni Providence Hotel is connected via skywalk on the second floor of the hotel to the Exhibit Level of the convention center. The Hilton Garden Inn Providence is located less than one block from the entrance to the convention center, but does require attendees to walk outside along a flat sidewalk to enter the building.
