If you are travelling from Canada or Internationally, I.C.E. values all our members, including our Canadian and international community. Given the shifting geopolitical environment, I.C.E. will waive the cancellation fee for those who reside outside the United States to make it easier to engage in the Exchange and provide travel flexibility. These accommodations are being offered in recognition of the unique travel barriers and visa-related delays that international attendees may face.
I.C.E.’s cancellation policy can be found here. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. I.C.E. reviews all cancellation request and makes determinations on a case-by-case basis with refunds processed after the meeting. Substitutions are accepted by contacting our registration team but can only be credited toward the 2025 I.C.E. Exchange.
