Registration for the annual I.C.E. Exchange opens in the summer of every year. The 2022 I.C.E. Exchange rates will be available in February 2022.

*Price excludes pre-conference workshops. Our pre-conference workshops take place during the day on Monday, November 15 and require an additional, separate registration from the full conference. Full conference events begin Monday evening at 4:30 pm.

**Price reflects a $40 discount per person when registering four (4) or more paid individuals from the same organization, at the same time, for the full conference.

Housing 

NEW for 2021: Registration to attend the 2021 I.C.E. Exchange must be completed prior to booking a room at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. Once your registration is finalized, you will receive a link giving you access to make hotel reservations in the I.C.E. block.
