Virtual Attendance at the In-Person I.C.E. Exchange

Based on feedback from our community, I.C.E. is providing the opportunity for those unable to attend the I.C.E. Exchange in-person to join a selection of live sessions virtually on Zoom. As a virtual attendee, you can attend select sessions from the I.C.E. Exchange and chat via Zoom with other virtual attendees.


Virtual Attendance Includes


  • Live stream the 2021 Keynote presentation and I.C.E. Awards Ceremony
  • Live stream during 8 concurrent session blocks via Zoom.
    • Contrary to the 2020 I.C.E. Exchange, we will not be using a full virtual platform this year so all sessions and networking will only take place in Zoom. A total of 16 total sessions will be live-streamed.  2 sessions will be offered during each session block, so attendees can watch one live and watch a recording of the second session at a later time
    • I.C.E. will enable live transcription using the Zoom plug-in.  
    Technical support within each session provided by an I.C.E. staff member
  • Gain access to all 16 session recordings for three months post-event.

  • Connect with credentialing professionals virtually in daily coffee chats, facilitated by I.C.E. volunteers
  • Ask questions to the speakers in real time and connect with other virtual attendees.
  • Participate in the virtual R&D Summit on October 20 to learn about I.C.E.’s research initiatives and participate in small-group discussions


Every day you will receive a welcome e-mail with the day’s events and a contact for questions. An I.C.E. staff member will be present in each session to help navigate any technical issues. If you are unable to live stream a desired session, you will have access to the recording after the event

I.C.E. will contact any individual who requests an accommodation in the registration process. Advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs.

Registration for the virtual participation will be open until Friday, November 12, 2021.

**Price reflects a $40 discount per person when registering four (4) or more paid individuals from the same organization, at the same time, for the full conference.

If you do not have an I.C.E. account you can create one now or during the registration checkout process. However, if you are an individual that belongs to a member organization, please reach out to I.C.E. staff at to make sure you are first related to your member organization to receive member pricing. You must have an I.C.E. account in order to register for the I.C.E. Exchange, regardless of membership status.

If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you will need to log into their account to register or create a profile on their behalf. While group registration is no longer an option, a group discount is still available for those who are sending four or more staff to the conference. Please complete each registration independently, but be sure the company name is identical so we can identify those who are a part of a group.
