The following information will help you prepare to travel and make the most of your I.C.E. Exchange experience.
Plan Ahead for Conference
Book your Flight
The Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport receives nonstop flights from 37 U.S. cities. We recommend that you book your flights early in order to have the greatest opportunity for booking according to your travel plans and preferences. The airport is about 25 minutes away from the Savannah Convention Center.
Make Dinner Reservations
Savannah is a charming, coastal town and the oldest city in Georgia. Many of its restaurants are located in beautiful 19th century homes, historic dining rooms, and on quaint rooftops. Not all Savannah dining venues take reservations, and those that do usually fill up fast! We recommend booking reservations ahead of time. For a list of Savannah’s best restaurants, please visit here.
Connect With Your Peers at the Exchange
Use the hashtag #ICEExchange22 to connect with fellow attendees on Twitter and LinkedIn before and during the conference.
Weather and Conference Attire
Daytime highs are expected to be in the high 70s. Attire during all sessions and events at the conference will be business casual. It is usually best to dress in layers due to the fluctuation in room temperatures.
Don't forget your comfortable shoes!
Event Location
All conference events will be taking place at Savannah Convention Center. A few weeks out from conference I.C.E. will release the ferry schedule so you can plan your transportation to and from the conference.
