ICE will host the ICE Virtual Exchange on Pathable, an easy-to-use, interactive platform where you will be able to use a chat box during each session to connect with attendees, visit the virtual Connection Center to trade information with exhibitors, schedule one-on-one meetings with your peers, and more. Plus, you can customize your profile by uploading a photo of yourself, and adding contact information such as company and location, and other details to help you connect with fellow peers.
ICE will share resources on how to use the platform and get the most out of your virtual experience. You will also receive access to the platform on October 29, 2020 to have time to build your profile, plan your schedule, and get acquainted with the site. ICE will also host an orientation for attendees on October 30, 2020 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm ET. ICE will send an email to all registrants with information on how to register and attend at the end of October. You can also access recordings of the educational sessions after the live event.

What Not to Expect from the ICE Virtual Exchange
Great....another zoom meeting.
All concurrent sessions will be pre-recorded which will allow for speaker to join in the chat section to converse and answer questions in real-time with attendees. All Birds of a Feather sessions will be presented live, providing an opportunity for you to share your camera and engage with your attendees.
How do you work this thing?
We've tried to make this transition to virtual as user friendly as possible. ICE is developing resources so you can show up to the virtual event ready to learn instead of focused on how to navigate the platform. Stay tuned for more information!
My neck, my back....
The ICE Virtual Exchange has built-in 15 minute breaks between each content block, providing you with time to answer emails, move around, or grab a quick snack! Our sessions will be recorded and available for viewing after the event so you can go back and attend sessions you weren't able to participate in live.
Where on the map can I find 'Virtual'?
This virtual experience will be open to all, without the physical and financial barriers of traveling and booking accommodations in order to attend.
