Complimentary Registration Offer for Public Members

Public members (the consumers and end-users served by your profession) play a critical role in serving on certification governing boards. If the President/CEO of a certification organization signs up for a full-conference registration, ICE will offer one (1) complimentary registration to the organization’s public member.

I.C.E. Virtual Exchange Participation Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, I.C.E. meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by I.C.E. and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your virtual registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and virtual booths visited

I.C.E. Virtual Exchange Code of Conduct

As am I.C.E. Virtual Exchange participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct, which you can read online here: https://www.ice-exchange.org/page/virtual-code-of-conduct

You will acknowledge receipt, review and acceptance via the online registration form. Any violation of the Virtual Code of Conduct will result in revoking of your virtual meeting access with no refund. We thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients. I.C.E. On-Demand Virtual Exchange Cancellation Policy

As all I.C.E. virtual sessions will be available for on-demand viewing, only in the case of loss of employment, death in the family or other extenuating circumstances will a refund be issued. To request a refund, you must contact ICE Staff at info@credentialingexcellence.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation. All cancellation requests will be reviewed by I.C.E..

I.C.E. Live Virtual Exchange Cancellation Policy

Because all I.C.E. virtual sessions will be available for on-demand viewing, only in the case of loss of employment, death in the family or other extenuating circumstances will a refund be issued. To request a refund, you must contact I.C.E. Staff at registration@credentialingexcellence.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation by Monday, October 26. All cancellation requests will be reviewed by I.C.E., and if approved, will be processed within 3 - 6 weeks following the Conference. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted, but can only be credited toward the 2020 virtual experience.
