Worried about how you might handle negative comments on social media? Missing opportunities to promote the positive things people are saying about your certification online? In this session, attendees will create a three-part response plan that maps out exactly how to handle negative feedback, the best ways to make the most out of positive engagement, and how to prepare for all of the other possible questions and requests that could come your way. We will explore real world examples of community engagement that went well and how the organization benefited, went poorly and how the organization suffered, and a variety of online conversations that created incredible opportunities for a variety of organizations. Attendees will leave with the beginning of a response plan for their organization and the tools and resources needed to complete their unique plan with additional insights from their team.
