Creating Brand Ambassadors and Influencing Current and Prospective Certificants Through Digital Mark

The Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) has experienced significant growth in terms of the number specialties and the growing number of board-certified pharmacists. With rapid expansion there is an increased need to enhance marketing outreach and strategy. Using the BPS website as the foundation for communications, BPS has improved engagement with existing and aspiring board-certified pharmacists. In 2018, the BPS website yielded an overall 24% increase in visits to the BPS website; with a 52% increase of users coming directly from social media engagement.
This session will explore the multi-faceted approach BPS has developed for marketing and communications activities and methods for measuring the success of its strategy.
