Exams in Transition: Revamping your exam program while keeping your stakeholders on board
Track: Test Development and Administration
Programs contemplating major revisions to exam programs must plan and execute transitions with a clear vision for why and how changes will be implemented. Organizations need to manage change while keeping their existing constituents on board, and major changes should result from reasoned policy considerations and the transition process should follow best practices in examination development.
This session will provide insights and guidance on how to make transitions smoothly and relatively painlessly, while ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders. Two certification programs will provide case studies of their own exam transition journeys.
