Thank you for your support of the 2020 ICE Exchange conference. We realize we are in unprecedented times. We appreciate your continued support of this ICE program and we value your participation.
Current Cancellation Policy
ICE must receive all cancellations in writing by Friday, October 16, 2020. Please email cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. All refunds will be processed after the meeting and will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. Substitutions are accepted, but can only be credited toward the 2020 ICE Exchange. All sales are final after Friday, October 16, 2020.
If for any reason beyond ICE's control the 2020 ICE Exchange must be rescheduled to a later date, cancelled, or fundamentally altered, registrant(s) understand that they may reallocate any monies paid for registration to the 2021 ICE Exchange, or elect to cancel their participation in the 2020 ICE Exchange.
If a registrant elects to cancel their participation in the 2020 ICE Exchange due to the impacts of COVID-19, the individual may request a refund with no penalty as long as the email request is accompanied with a stated reason for the cancellation by Friday, October 16, 2020.
