Practice analysis is the cornerstone of a defensible credentialing exam. It connects the real-world activities of practitioners with the content of an exam, providing crucial evidence that the exam assesses what is required in the job or role. This session will provide an introduction to practice analysis processes and output for attendees who are new to credentialing; additionally, it will offer insights from two credentialing organizations about recent enhancements to their practice analyses.
