Track: Test Development and Administration

Session Number: 4075
Date: Wed, Oct 25th, 2017
Time: 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM

With the array of delivery methods – test centers, live remote proctoring, record and review, and others – available today, it can be confusing to know what method will work for your candidates’ needs, security requirements, and credential portfolio. This session will explore the wide selection of delivery methods available from vendors across the market and show how a credentialing body used this selection to pick methods from multiple delivery providers to match the various credentials in their product portfolio. Their use of multiple delivery modalities, specifically live remote proctoring and test centers, will be discussed with the candidate reception to these options. The session will also explore the path chosen by the credentialing body to evaluate these delivery options, weigh candidate convenience requirements with security, and make a final selection.
