Session Description: 

Psychometrically sound tests are the start of a successful credentialing program, but keeping the program running smoothly requires an understanding of legal nuts and bolts. Testing program require a basic understanding of a variety of legal topics, including contracting with candidates and vendors, protecting private data, addressing exam security incidents, and protecting intellectual property. Having a basic understanding of these foundational legal nuts and bolts will help ensure credentialing programs are positioned for ongoing success.

This workshop will address the fundamental legal considerations every credentialing organization should address to ensure the smooth operation of its exam.  Designed for the both non-attorneys and attorneys alike, the presenters will actively engage participants using table-top exercises and interactive discussions and provide checklists and practical, actionable recommendations that can meaningfully enhance your credentialing programs.
