ICE must receive all cancellations in writing by Friday, October 5, 2018. Please email cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 202-367-2173. All refunds will be processed after the meeting and will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. Substitutions are accepted, but can only be credited toward the 2018 ICE Exchange. All sales are final after Friday, October 5, 2018.
