Is your certification program fair for all examinees? This question may represent one of the largest concerns faced by program leaders. Many start by asking…. what does fairness mean in credentialing? How is it defined? How is it measured? How is it defended? This session will review how fairness should be considered and incorporated during the design, development, and documentation/maintenance phases of a credentialing program. Examples will highlight how professional standards can be properly addressed.
