In an age where candidates and external stakeholders are demanding more convenience and technology in assessment, while at the same time changing the terms and common conceptions of privacy and the ADA; maintaining the security and integrity of examinations is more challenging. This session will pull together legal and exam integrity experts to describe the unique challenges presented when trying to balance modern technology and disability accommodations with exam security considerations. Panelists will discuss the state of the law, as well as current vulnerabilities in high-stakes testing. They will identify industry best practices in securing exam content and discuss strategies for addressing exam integrity incidents.
